The above rates include:
- Services of a licensed experienced professional guide
- Trained trackers and skinners
- All safari accommodation, including meals and laundry
- Soft drinks and limited beer and wine during the hunt
- All land transportation, vehicles and fuel whilst on
safari
- Transportation of trophies to taxidermist for processing
The above rates do not include:
- Trophy fees
- Hire of firearms and ammunition
- Hunting licence
- Gratuities
- Airfare to, from and within South Africa including safari
staff if applicable
- Airport collection and return
- Government VAT of 14 per cent on certain items eg.
accommodation
NOTE: Daytrips for observers at additional cost Terms of business
- A deposit of $1000.00 per hunter is required to secure
a safari reservation. This is forfeited in the event of a
cancellation.
- The balance is due on the first day of your safari. No
refund for late arrivals or early departures.
- Trophy fees are due on the completion of your safari.
- Any game lost or wounded will be considered bagged
and will be treated as such
- Prices are quoted in American dollars. Payment can be
made by either cash or travelers cheques.
- Taxidermy, packing, dipping and shipping can be
arranged for your account.

accommodation.
- We reserve the right to alter tariffs without prior
notice.
Liability and insurance
Whilst all reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure safety of
clients and their possessions, we accept no liability for accidents,
injuries, illness or loss or damage whatsoever. This remains the
responsibility of the client.
